MUSICAL ACCOMPLISHMENT
Although I devote most of my musical activity to music lessons and rehearsals with student ensembles, I am occasionally present on stage with other musicians or alone.
In South Africa, I switched my musical focus from performing to teaching music and accepted an offer to work as a music teacher at Westville Girls' High School. To this day I work at international and state schools in South Africa, Germany, China, Saudi Arabia, Morocco.
The focus of my teaching is still on instrumental lessons and I still perform with my students at concerts and conduct choirs, orchestras and jazz bands.
From 2000 to 2005 I worked mainly as a bar pianist and with jazz trios in South Africa, Oman, Austria and Germany.
In the years 1992 to 2000 I founded my own music school "Mega Music" in Freilassing, Germany and dedicated myself to the musical education of young musicians. The private school had about 350 students in the year 200 when I handed it over to my music teachers.
From 1982 to 1992 I worked in Germany, Austria and South Africa as a freelance pianist, organist, keyboarder, band director and musical director for musical shows.
